Maintaining balance is key, having set deadlines and personal goals are the little things that can get you going. As a student athlete, I would always want to be in shape when it comes to my games and performing at my best while maintaining good performance in my academics. Being physically active can help achieve this balance, setting goals for not only your academics and sports but yourself as well.
