As medical doctors, we make sure that our family, especially our kids, are always healthy, not just physically but also mentally and emotionally. It is essential that we make time for one another. A simple weekend lunch out can make a significant difference in our mental and emotional health. Playing our favorite games and reading books before bedtime also helps the kids feel better and more loved. Being a healthcare worker and a parent at the same time proves to be a significant challenge, as 24 hours a day is not enough. Nevertheless, we still strive to give priority to our family’s health and overall well-being.
