At a time when we are all forced to stay at home, disconnected, with some far away from their families and friends, hearing a friendly, familiar voice helps us feel more connected and less alone.
I’ve read that connecting with others is part of humans’ ‘superpowers.’ By connecting with people, we are making meaningful differences in their lives, and at the same time, we are allowing ourselves to be boosted out of stress or loneliness. Let us harness our power of connection, as we combat COVID-19 together. Eat healthy, drink vitamins, and get enough sleep as well!
