While juggling the demands and responsibilities of work and motherhood, maintaining mental wellness amidst all these is a delicate life balance. Finding time for myself alone while listening to some relaxing music for at least an hour or two every week helps me rethink, recharge, and regain my strength mentally and physically. Accepting that I cannot please everyone and that I may not be able to do all the things expected of me helps me find inner peace. And knowing that I have a strong support system from my family and friends lessens my worries in life. While continuing the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives, finding balance in everything is an ongoing process, and it is fine to reassess and adjust our ways and strategies as needed.
