“Sports are an essential part of my weekly schedule. Training and engaging in sports helps me stay physically active during the busy academic week. Because most of my time will be spent focusing on school work, attending sports training in the afternoon gives me my weekly physical activity without sacrificing my academics. Sports is also a way for me to have down time from assignments and other kinds of work. Aside from the physical benefits, it helps me reset my mind, and discard any thoughts that might be bugging me. This will then allow me to work more efficiently and think more clearly once it’s time for me to resume my academic work.
