Quick catch-ups with friends and a simple eat-out work wonders for boosting my serotonin levels on challenging days. Even short walks, eating healthy foods, and getting enough rest prove to have significant impacts on both my physical and mental health. Believing that every day is a battle of improving oneself, finding these personal anchors makes my journey not just bearable but incredibly fulfilling.
